Carolynn lives and works in New Jersey. She is an artist, art educator, and designer.
Attended Montclair State University and graduated with a BA in Fine Arts. After 6 years working as a graphic designer, she found her true calling in education. She is currently working in Cresskill, NJ as a job coach/teacher's aide with a special education program. Carolynn was recently hired as the Junior Varsity Tennis Coach at Cresskill High School. She is so excited to be working with such a great team of girls!
Part-time, she works for Young Rembrandts, an amazing art program for pre-school, elementary and middle school age children. At Young Rembrandts, she has the wonderful opportunity to teach children how to draw and color and build each student's self-esteem and passion for art.
Carolynn has passed the Praxis for Elementary Education K-5 and Art K-12. She is pursuing the alternate route program for teaching.
This is the second year Carolynn is participating in the SKETCHBOOK PROJECT. Her sketchbook from last year is permanently archived at the Brooklyn Art Library. Her ETSY shop also keeps her busy with updates and new projects.
